Garry the Manager is the BEST. I check sereral places for a price for a catalytic converter for my 2006 chyrler van. I got prices from $869.00 to $1100.00. I search the internet and found Monunment Street Auto. I called Garry and he quoted $473.00 for a catalytic converter. I could not believe what I was hearing. I left my work place and went to Monument Street Auto. Garry provided me with excellent Customer Service. An employee from the auto center drove me back to my place of work and he pick me up from work when the repair job was done.

I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. I've been going to Haris for years. The guys there are all very professional and courteous. I recently have some problems with my transmission and they were able to save my transmission by changing a couple of solenoids. Other shops would have tried to sell me a complete transmission for thousands of dollars. I was back in my car the same day and it only cost me a little over $400. I highly recommend this place.
