I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. API is a great alternative. The people who work at API are familiar with Mercedes cars, have the right tools to service them, and are able to get the right parts. Most importantly, they are friendly and make their customers feel valued. I plan to continue taking my car to API for future service needs!

My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. Very Poor customer service I went there with a price on Michelin Defender and they put og Goodyear Integrity My fault I suppose didn t check afterwards Didn t I should have to. So now they did nothing to help me me bounce me around for a week I used to most of my business at this store No MORE and any one that I know I will tell them the same thing DON T trust these guys
