They both said "Jerry Hill!" with enthusiasm. So I did, and I've been enthusiastic ever since. LT is the best BMW (or any German car) repair shop around. He also works on Japanese brands, but do now know about them. He is honest, friendly and thorough and his prices are MORE than REASONABLE. Think in terms of a fraction of what dealers charge. He used to have a shop in Manassas, but now works from home and mobile. He provides a written estimate prior to any repairs and sticks to it - no ticket shock when you pick up your vehicle. In short, LT under-promises and over-delivers while being most pleasant to deal with. If you love your BMW as I do, you have rocks in your head if you trust it to anyone else.

I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

My pickup needed a new gas tank. It was beyond my capabilities so the truck sat for several years. I had it towed into AA. They easily replaced the gas tank and pointed out a number of safety and repair items that the truck needed. They reworked the brakes, changed out the generator for an alternator and related electrical items, replaced the radiator, fixed the clutch, and generally reworked the truck from front to rear. They did an excellent job and were very reasonable. The odometer did not work and I could not get insurance because I could not track the miles driven. The owner took it home and repaired it for me. I do not know of any other shop that would have taken the time to put this truck back in great running condition while demonstrating the care and diligence to do a first class job. Highly recommend them, especially for older vehicles. Thanks for getting my truck safely back on the road.

John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....

Go ANYWHERE else!!! Gave me estimate on repairs for a problem I was having. Two of the part prices they quoted were AT LEAST 400% markup of actual cost. Found out, after taking somewhere else (and checking also with at least 5 other shops), I only needed ONE thing replaced. Meineke's extremely outlandish high-priced rip-off attempts at their over 400% markup part prices were not even in need of repair or replacement!!! I wish one of those "Dateline" type investigations would be done on these crooks.

Terrible, God awful service. Came in for fan belt change and tire rotation. They were unresponsive and short with me. They also completely screwed up the task at hand. I had to return to the midas and persuade them to fix my vehicle that now screeched like a banshee due to their mistakes. In order to get back at my return trip they also had stolen my dipstick.
