This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?

The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

After taking my 2003 Landrover to 2 other Land rover dealerships and still not receiving an accurate diagnosis of the problem, Euro Motors was able to accurately diagnose the specific problem with my vehicle in a short amount of time. I will definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

I went here to have an alignment done. Two of my friends had this service done here on their more advanced cars with coil overs and they have been riding well. The service was performed in a timely manner while I waited and the results are great. The techs here seem to have a lot of experience with aftermarket suspensions and are able to tune the suspension for track or street use. My only complaint was that I arrived on time but they already had another car on the lift which caused a delay. Everyone was friendly and they allowed me to take a look under my car while it was there.

I've been going to Marv & Mikes for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed. When I married, my husband was a "dealership " person. He finally became frustrated with prices and poor service. I'm glad to be back to using Marv & Mike. They never fail me.

I cannot say enough good things about this garage! Jasbir and his team of technicians are wonderful. As the reviewer Brian F. notes, they are very fast in turning around repairs, and Jasbir goes the extra mile to find you the best price for quality parts. The mechanics have been terrific in diagnosing (and triaging!) fixing problems with my aging car, and they have no problem telling me if an issue is something that needs to be done now, or can wait for my shallow pockets to save up for the work to be done. This an atmosphere where customers are appreciated and treated in a friendly and professional way. They have never tried to "upsell" me on any services, and, as a woman, it feels great to be respected as a garage customer. I will take my car nowhere else. Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.
