Mufflers repair service near College Estates, MD

My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.

As a single woman, I have been looking and hoping for a car place that treated me fairly. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. I knew Tom and Ben were taking care of my car and giving it to me straight. They never take advantage of me and I know the work they recommend is needed and being done at a reasonable price. Wow, the above comment is shocking to me. I didn't receive this kind of service or treatment at all from Autoserv. Prices are very reasonable to local area competition. I have been going here for years. They have always been polite & curtious. Have taken care of my vehicles and stand behind any reoccurring problems. Reality check. This person needs to look at themselves and how they reacted to the situation. These people have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle repairs were met.
