The said review on our shop was very dishonest. The unfortunate situation was this had been set up on a relay call I think things got miss translated in the conversation. This customer brought their truck in on a tow truck his vehicle wouldn't move. Found the transfer case bone dry. When we removed the transfer case fill plug smoke came rolling out. This a part that shouldn't have smoke coming out of it. On top of that the entire transfer case had multiple fluid leaks. So we recommended letting us pull it out and have it sent out to be rebuilt. And do to the rarity of the vehicle the rebuild shop couldn't give us but an estimated price. I relayed this to the customer. He choose not to let us go any farther. We had already had an hour of diagnostic time in it. He told us to stop right there. As into his vehicle being held hostage is just an outrageous allegation. We just asked for the bill be paid before it got removed our lot. I am sorry you feel this way. But you have made some very serious accusations that couldn't be farther from the truth. We are a family owned and ran shop. We haven't been in business for over 30 years by being dishonest or ripping our customers off. It's just not what we do. Again sorry you feel this way.

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

i was referred to this establishment by a close friend of mines and boy it was the worst experience ever. i came here to get a in dash unit installed into my husbands truck for his birthday. everything was good at least i thought about a month later the unit started flickering, the screen would get stuck, dvd's would get stuck. so i went back to ritchie road to get a replacemnt unit or have it checked out. i was shocked he was gone it was a guy out there i asked where is frank he said he up and left and went to baltimore. i called him at the number i was giving on my invoice he answered and told me yeah he moved and i was telling him the issues i was having but he didnt give me a address where i can bring the unit to get checked out which was odd to me. he just told me to call back i called back everyday for a week it just went straight to voicemail. so i decided to google his business and came across this site. my husband will be paying him a visit. i paid alot of money and i dont like to be ran from

I've been going to Haris for years. The guys there are all very professional and courteous. I recently have some problems with my transmission and they were able to save my transmission by changing a couple of solenoids. Other shops would have tried to sell me a complete transmission for thousands of dollars. I was back in my car the same day and it only cost me a little over $400. I highly recommend this place. Manny and Guys are awesome.

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. Very Disappointed. I had Higher Expectations. I used to work here, so I had very high expectations when I referred a friend here. A freind of mine had a 2002 Mercedes CLK with an intermittent ground on the lighting circuit, but I did not have the time to troubleshoot it in his timeframe, so I recommended All Phase. I had great confidence in them to perform such a basic diag, finding an intermittent ground. Terri told him the diag would be $175, which was fine, and that they'd need it for a day or so. No problem. The next day my friend told me that when he picked up the car, Terri told him that it needed a rear body control module for $1300, and if THAT did not fix it, they'd be happy to replace the front control module as well, for another $1400. I used to work with Jerry, Dale and Terri, so when I refer someone, I don't expect to be made to look like an ass. They basically charged my friend $175 to tell him they had no idea what was wrong with his car, but they were more than willing to spend his money guessing what the problem was. Jerry, Dale, Terri. I want to thank you for making me look like a fool, and possibly a crook as well. That's pretty shitty especially when I thought we were friends, but I guess there's a sucker born every minute, right?

I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.
