Wife and I have been customers for many years in one way or another and no complaints at all. Work performed over the years include oil changes, brake pads, brake shoes, rotors, ignition coil replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, radiator replacement, serpentine belt replacement...and no complaints! Not one single complaint! Rob and the mechanics at Airpark Certified Auto Service are top notch! They're reliable, they're honest, they're just a great group of people all around. It's comforting to know when the unexpected happens, like today, we have Rob and his crew to turn to for help. Support your local mom and pop businesses, especially when they're this great. Had been going to this guy for 15 years. In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.

The said review on our shop was very dishonest. The unfortunate situation was this had been set up on a relay call I think things got miss translated in the conversation. This customer brought their truck in on a tow truck his vehicle wouldn't move. Found the transfer case bone dry. When we removed the transfer case fill plug smoke came rolling out. This a part that shouldn't have smoke coming out of it. On top of that the entire transfer case had multiple fluid leaks. So we recommended letting us pull it out and have it sent out to be rebuilt. And do to the rarity of the vehicle the rebuild shop couldn't give us but an estimated price. I relayed this to the customer. He choose not to let us go any farther. We had already had an hour of diagnostic time in it. He told us to stop right there. As into his vehicle being held hostage is just an outrageous allegation. We just asked for the bill be paid before it got removed our lot. I am sorry you feel this way. But you have made some very serious accusations that couldn't be farther from the truth. We are a family owned and ran shop. We haven't been in business for over 30 years by being dishonest or ripping our customers off. It's just not what we do. Again sorry you feel this way.

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

i was referred to this establishment by a close friend of mines and boy it was the worst experience ever. i came here to get a in dash unit installed into my husbands truck for his birthday. everything was good at least i thought about a month later the unit started flickering, the screen would get stuck, dvd's would get stuck. so i went back to ritchie road to get a replacemnt unit or have it checked out. i was shocked he was gone it was a guy out there i asked where is frank he said he up and left and went to baltimore. i called him at the number i was giving on my invoice he answered and told me yeah he moved and i was telling him the issues i was having but he didnt give me a address where i can bring the unit to get checked out which was odd to me. he just told me to call back i called back everyday for a week it just went straight to voicemail. so i decided to google his business and came across this site. my husband will be paying him a visit. i paid alot of money and i dont like to be ran from

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.

I got my car towed here which I soon found out that it had overheated. Before this incident happened I never experienced my car to overheat. I asked them to diagnose my car and they told me the problem. I asked them once this problem was fixed would the car not overheat. Long story short I paid over $500 and it was not fixed, the car was worse!!! I drove from the lot and about two miles down the street antifreeze was literally leaking all over the road and the cat was smoking so bad I thought it was going to catch on fire. I took the car back 3 times and it never got fixed. I came in with it just overheating to the radiator now leaking and the problem not fixed. They would not find out the problem without me paying more money. If I would have known from the beginning there was a major issue I would have never wasted my money. I end up junking the car after replacing the radiator and still had a problem, then took it to n Dodge for them to do am diagnosis. All tune and lube completely got over on me and I talked with the service manner and the store manager. In even called the corporate number only to find out they were a franchise. I was beyond upset and disappointed because I trusted them. I will never go to another all tune and lube or recommend them to anyone!!! I had to junk my car at the end after having it for five years with no major issues!!!

These days it's hard to find a Mechanic/car repair shop that one can trust to do professional work and customer service. In June 2015 I bought my 2000 GMC SUV Jimmy to Mark Auto Service of Seat Pleasant, MD PROBLEM: engine misfire. hard to start in the morning. Told I needed a fuel pump COST: $500. Two days later, returned with same problem. 'Said' Zaatra (shop owner) now tell me I need to replace the fuel Injector. COST: $540. Return back in 2 days at the shop. Problem not fix. It's has cost me $1040.00 for two misdiagnosed's. I took it another auto repair facility...they were able to discover the problem and FIX IT. Turn out all I needed was a 'TUNE UP' (Spark plugs) MARK AUTO SERVICE refused to refund. As a CONSUMER...I cannot allow this shop owner Mark Auto Service get away without taking Legal Action.
