Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?
AVOID! This is the absolute worst auto repair place I have ever been t... read more AVOID! This is the absolute worst auto repair place I have ever been to. Went there for a front brake job. From day one after the work there was rubbing and grinding when I applied the brakes, but decided to give it some time to "wear In." Took it back one month later and Mr. Kim, the manager, said he replaced the brake pads and tried to charge me for the pads even though the warranty was for 6 months. No improvement and finally took it to another shop where I had to pay for a 2nd brake job and the problem was solved.
