I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.

Very Poor customer service I went there with a price on Michelin Defender and they put og Goodyear Integrity My fault I suppose didn t check afterwards Didn t I should have to. So now they did nothing to help me me bounce me around for a week I used to most of my business at this store No MORE and any one that I know I will tell them the same thing DON T trust these guys

I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I felt that I couldn't get good answers from BMW dealerships and every time I went in, I didn't feel comfortable with their answers and what I was paying for. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased.
