Went there as a female and was totally taken advantage of. Engine light on given code told would take 2 days to pinpoint exactly what was wrong because Mercedes are set up that way. They had my car for one week, discussed everything, but Engine light kept displaying engine light. Discussion stating waiting for a different scanner for Mercedes car at the end of the week. $1000 dollars later (motor mounts and everything else) given a Mercedes only Rhine code (same code as if I'm stupid) and told had to go to a Mercedes dealership. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS HONESTY IS EVERYTHING. Just wanted my money even though they knew from the beginning they couldn't help me. ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

Very disrespectful owner who is a "Know it All" type of guy. Would let me talk and hear what I'm saying but did not listen to anything at all. I was explaining my situation. told the man I have went to different shops, got estimates and told him what all four shops said and from my experience on cars this is the issue. He says "I'm not going to give no stupid estimate on anything over the phone. I said sir, just a rough estimate. He of course acted stubborn so I'm trying to give him money so I tried again this time saying, well, how about just putting a new engine in my car. He still said He's not giving a estimate in a disrespectful manner. I politely took my business away from him. His workers are very respectable but THE OWNER IS A Complete DOUCHE
