Not sure what happened with Corey, but these guys are straight shooters and have always been fair with me. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of. If anything, I think they make sure I get what I need, no more, no less. I'm not that trusting of mechanics, so I drive a little farther to go to see these guys and have never been disappointed.

This store conducted an MD Inspection on my car for $70. It manager, Bill, whiling giving me a FREE coffee, recommended a $1600 repair list so that my car can pass. I went to another nearby garage, and my car passed the same inspection for a just minor bulb replacement.

Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.

I feel bad that I have to write this unfavorable review, particularly since I used to like this station and had good experiences with respect to minor repair work that was done on my car. However, when they undertook major repair work on my car, and there was a subsequent problem, they failed to take responsibility for their work. I am sure that many people have had positive experiences with this station, unfortunately, I was not one of them. As a result of this experience, we plan to report this station to the Maryland State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau.
