As a single woman, I have been looking and hoping for a car place that treated me fairly. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. I knew Tom and Ben were taking care of my car and giving it to me straight. They never take advantage of me and I know the work they recommend is needed and being done at a reasonable price. Had been going to this guy for 15 years. In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.

“I was dissatisfied with the service provided as they failed to inform me about the need for a re-inspection. Upon returning, I was charged again for a new inspection because the initial one had expired. This caused inconvenience, as I couldn’t register my car at the MVA. Additionally, during the second inspection, they insisted on repairing a part of my vehicle that the dealer confirmed was not necessary. It seems they prioritize profit over genuine service, leaving me to cover costly repairs for something that isn’t even faulty.”and I have to bring my car i again to be re inspected so I hope this time pass and they don’t came out with something else !!
