We have been using this company for years to service our trucks. The service has completely died. The owners are too old and too slow, they cannot produce estimates for weeks on end. They do not produce bills upon request, and during the wait time, they charge you storage fees upon work that isn't completed. Mark is a complete jerk, he treats customers as if they are dogs. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. i for one will never return, and my fleet of 8 trucks will be serviced elsewhere.

I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets.
