PLEASE do not waste your time or money going here for tints. I recently tinted my car on 12/31/12 @ 10am. Keith the owner appeared to be very nice and professional at first. He bragged on how he's been tinting since 1985 and how his tint is the best on the market. NOT TRUE! His tint is a cheap Chinese film by the name of "Sunny Day" also keep in mind he is his own distributor, he will tell you that he never runs out of tints which is true BUT he never runs out because no one uses his tint but him and business is very slow. Sad to say, I did not find this out until I researched his product and his business from locals who were also in the tinting business. He is very ignorant and arrogant. I requested 5% tints on my vehicle which has black interior as well.. During the day and at night you can see directly in my car and the items which are in it. He charged me 120.00 for 5% tints which looked more like 20%. I've gotten 5% tints on all my other vehicles from "car Source" for 99.00 (Lenwood does a excellent job) I originally went to Car Source because I've taken all 3 of my cars there, unfortunately "Car Source" didn’t have 5% at the time which I now regret not waiting for their 5% to arrive. Due to me not being impatient it cost me 120.00 and a terrible tint job. Please do not take your car to Keith I can’t stress that enough he is extremely unprofessional and will argue with you once you disagree with him after you paid your money. I have since then called him 3x and left 2 voice messages and still no response. Locals in the area laughed once I told them where I went to have my car service for tints. He is a lot talk but his product is NOT the best matter of fact it is the cheapest and your tints will turn purple due to poor quality. I hate to start my New Year like this but It serves me right for not waiting and sticking to what I know which was Car Source. I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!

Went there on Oct 16, 2015 for a simple oil change, have already filed with the BBB, car was running fine, told me I needed a qt of transmission fluid, I said fine, the minute I left the car began bucking, that was a Friday, please also note I am a female, on Saturday really didn't drive much as my son took me to PA in his car but when I did in the early am still the same problem, bucking and not shifting appropriately. On Sunday took the car to Walmart, much worse, it actually shut off, check engine light came on, cruise control light came on, had to turn off car, wait, gingerly start back up and ease my way back home. I called my mechanic. He came over. Let's start with the fact that I was 1 1/2 quarts low on oil (2 days after an oil change) and my transmission fluid was bone dry), he put 2 1/2 quarts of transmission fluid in, told me to go to work the next day have the guys pull it in the shop and hook it up to see if it throws any codes and then go over it with a fine tooth comb. See what Charm City didn't know is that I really hate to bother my mechanics for an oil change so I go there, but I've been working with mechanics for 16 years, so they pulled my car in the shop went over it and still had to add another quart of transmission fluid. My certified mechanics have told me that either charm city pulled the transmission plug and drained the tranny fluid or they used a fluid evacuator, when I confronted the owner who took offense to my language and really who wouldn't be pissed, he could have blown up my transmission..he lied, he said a fluid evacuator takes an hours...sorry bud....5 to 8 minutes....his mechanic lied and said he put 6 quarts of oil in my car...first off...why would you put 6 quarts when you only need to put 5 and you didn't put 5...liar...I don't care that you've been in business for 26 years, you saw a female coming in who never uses you for service and you thought you could get some service work from me, so you drained my tranny fluid and then had the gall to ask why I didn't come back, because you are untrustworthy, BEWARE ONE AND ALL. I have 2 certified mechanics that will testify to my story. This place needs to be investigated!!!!
