Work performed over the years include oil changes, brake pads, brake shoes, rotors, ignition coil replacement, valve cover gasket replacement, radiator replacement, serpentine belt replacement...and no complaints! Not one single complaint! Rob and the mechanics at Airpark Certified Auto Service are top notch! They're reliable, they're honest, they're just a great group of people all around. I cannot say enough good things about this garage! Jasbir and his team of technicians are wonderful. As the reviewer Brian F. notes, they are very fast in turning around repairs, and Jasbir goes the extra mile to find you the best price for quality parts. The mechanics have been terrific in diagnosing (and triaging!) fixing problems with my aging car, and they have no problem telling me if an issue is something that needs to be done now, or can wait for my shallow pockets to save up for the work to be done. This an atmosphere where customers are appreciated and treated in a friendly and professional way. They have never tried to "upsell" me on any services, and, as a woman, it feels great to be respected as a garage customer. I will take my car nowhere else. Contacted Drake and it was very professional and they answered all the questions in a correct manner. All my conversations was with the owner Carl and I got the best quote. I have a 2007 Prius, first I took my car to Manassas Monroe and was quoted shy of $700 for brake pads and rotors. Next I price the parts online which can be purchase for shy of $150.00. Next I called the deal and was quoted at $534.00. Next I called Drake's and talked to Carl, and was given the price of $269.00 plus tax and shop fees which came out to $288.00. He was honest upfront and did show integrity. Yes I would use them again and will recommend to family and friends. By the way driving the car after the brake job felt like a job well done. No squeak, no pulling no jerky stops, just smooth breaking the way it should be. By the way this is my first time ever posting a review for anyone. Overall a great place to go. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. That said, they WILL up-charge you signifcantly to change your engine and cabin air filter. The guy said that to change a cabin air filter, it takes 30 minutes to access the filter itself, thus necessitating a charge of $50 for parts and labor. I knew that was patently false, as it can be easily accessed on my vehicle (2013 Accord) through the glove compartment, which unhinges without any tools. I bought the same cabin air filter from NAPA auto parts for $15 and installed it myself. Essentially the same speech was given for the engine air filter, and I did the same thing. BLUF: Know about how much something should cost and how easy the job is to do it.

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!

I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. As far as my experience goes, the mechanic team there is the best. Phil has helped out my entire family and the array of issues our cars have had (Acura, Ford, Infiniti). I went in today to see him for the first time, asked for him by name, and he came right out and had me pull my car up to the bay. He then ran some scans based on the issues I told him and laid it all out for me, advised me on a starburst that I recently got on my windshield (and gave me a company he recommended), and a couple of other issues. I basically harassed him with all my questions/concerns and got straightforward, honest advice and it cost me NOTHING. He was a really big help, and one of the other mechanics even came over and gave some input. Did I mention this was at 4:00pm in the center of McLean? Busy time, and they were that helpful.

This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?
