Gmc service near Glenmont, MD

My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. API is a great alternative. The people who work at API are familiar with Mercedes cars, have the right tools to service them, and are able to get the right parts. great and fast service

Im honestly surprised that there arent more reviews for this gem! Rodney (the owner) was so kind, professional and helpful. I had gone to Pep Boys who told me I needed $600 dollars in work...after leaving International Auto I only paid $126 (including an oil change!!) Branch Auto Electric Service has the worst service of any auto repair company we have ever used. We would not choose Branch Electric Auto Service. We took my daughter's car there and they kept it for approximately two months and it still was not operational. They told us that what would take other repair shops months to do, they could do it in a week. Chris the owner was clueless and a liar. He kept promising to have it fixed but every time we asked him about he gave us the same status. She had to pay for a car rental for an extra week because he took so long and could not complete the repair work. We decided to remove the car from them and tow it to the dealership because of his inability to fix it. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, they moved it to the dealership without our knowledge. When we went to the dealership to get the repair completed, the car was damaged to the tune of approximately $1600. He refuses to repair the car and said he is not responsible for theft or damage of cars in his care. Therefore, we are forced to sue him. DO NOT under any circumstances take your car to this facility. Please share with your Facebook friends.

I wanted to wait to see how the repairs I received here worked out. Good news! My car is still running great. My car broke down nearby this place and I limped in to their parking lot and left the key in the drop box. They have a website that shows that they accept overnight and weekend vehicles, which was a reason why I dropped my car off there. I lucked out, because these guys did a great job. They were very clear about what was wrong when they called me, and they gave me good advice about the timing belt being changed. It's been a few long driving trips and my car is still running well and not overheating. They did a great job and if I lived closer to them, I'd take my car there again. John Kennedy
