Motorcycle fabrication service near Highland, MD

I took my bike to be repaired following an accident. I purchased $3000 worth of parts, my insurance paid out $5000. but because the bike had a lien, I had to give the insurance check to the shop.(at the time i didn't know any better) Was bad from the start. No communication, they ignored my every request on things I wanted ordered. wrong brand of tire, ignored my request for new grips with no explanation, and did not order the new pulley at all, they TOLD me that they did. they also said that they ordered a pulley from another company since they couldn't get a good one, from my company. I was literally dumbfounded, I had called both places and neither company had ever heard of Action cycles. Action cycles lied to my face, and it they didn't even have the respect to make up a good one, something that i couldn't verify with a simple phone call. to make matters worse it took almost a year for them to complete what work they did. I only have 250 words but believe there is much much more, quality of the work was terrible, at least 1/3 of what I requested to be done wasn't, and of course they kept every dime of that insurance check. even though I provided almost all of the parts (my insurance company was fine with this BTW, I checked beforehand). I should have gotten at least 2 grand back, but they didn't even give me a written invoice. And I got a ticket on the way home.. badly wired new tag holder blew a fuse, killed my lights. DON'T TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT

I had a performance upgrade done on my Yamaha Vino by Metropolitan Scooters. My scooter has never run better and now it's fast as He**. The people there are helpful and friendly and the cost for the entire job ($300.00) was about half the amount I was quoted by other local dealers. My scooter was only there for about a week and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It now has about 2500 miles on the rebuild and I've had absolutely ZERO problems. I have a couple of friends that are about to take their scooter there now as they can no longer keep up with me when we go riding. I highly recommend the guys at Metropolitan Scooters!
