It was a very smooth experience. I love the waiting rooms. The young man who assisted me was excellent. Had a great experience. I don’t remember his name but I was there on June 30 and I was there around 9:30 and got a State Inspection

They have started to much overcharge for all services. Recently i had a oil change service and inspection and they changed cabin filter and charged ke $200. Even dealer would have done for much much less than them.

My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.

My son bumped a curb parallel parking he broke a tierod this garage wanted to charge 1350 dollars for all new suspension parts be aware of this place care got fixed for 250 dollars shame on you

I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.

Jamie(the manager) took my BMW in and. while somewhat worried about servicing it at an independant shop,quickly put me at ease with his knowledge and experience with european cars. He fixed my worn out clutch and even repaired a nagging check engine light that the dealership couldn't fix after several tries! They are fair. honest and affordable...they have a customer for life!
