General maintenance service near Laurel, MD

Branch Auto Electric Service has the worst service of any auto repair company we have ever used. We would not choose Branch Electric Auto Service. We took my daughter's car there and they kept it for approximately two months and it still was not operational. They told us that what would take other repair shops months to do, they could do it in a week. Chris the owner was clueless and a liar. He kept promising to have it fixed but every time we asked him about he gave us the same status. She had to pay for a car rental for an extra week because he took so long and could not complete the repair work. We decided to remove the car from them and tow it to the dealership because of his inability to fix it. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, they moved it to the dealership without our knowledge. When we went to the dealership to get the repair completed, the car was damaged to the tune of approximately $1600. He refuses to repair the car and said he is not responsible for theft or damage of cars in his care. Therefore, we are forced to sue him. Hollenshades automotive is the best! I recently went in for a oil change. My car was serviced right on schedule. I used the free wifi they offer and conducted my business at the same time! It's nice to know I can depend on them. My time is important. Thanks!!

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks ..
