Wife and I have been customers for many years in one way or another and no complaints at all. Dmitry and Michael are the people I normally deal with on regular basis. When another mechanic told me I needed a lot of work done on my car, they told me that I only needed new tires (and I do, that's true). I have been going to them for over 10 years, and I have also recommended their services to my friends. When my friend's car broke down, one shop quoted her to change the waterpump and timing belt over $1000, and Dmitry fixed it for a lot less.

Had been going to this guy for 15 years. In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.

I took my 2019 car with 2668 miles in to Maaco and Glen Burnie on Azur Dr for some minor damage to the driver side door and rear bumper on driver side. The interior of my car was covered in dust. AlsoI now have paint spray on my windshield and on both passenger side windows. I have tape lines and paint spray on my roof as well as my trunk. I also have paint spray runoff on both passenger doors. DO NOT GO TO MACCO IN GLEN BURNIE MD. THE WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH ARE BELOW ANY STANDARDS OF ACCEPTABILITY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A -10 RATING!
