I own an 08 zx10r and for those who own the same bike should know that removing the fairings are quite tedious. I came to the shop with aftermarket parts for the bike and they were able to swap them out with no issue. Not only that, they identified a part that I need replaced as well as lubing and adjusting my chain. Guys are all cool and down to earth and will definitely bring my bike back to them in the future. I purchased $3000 worth of parts, my insurance paid out $5000. but because the bike had a lien, I had to give the insurance check to the shop.(at the time i didn't know any better) Was bad from the start. No communication, they ignored my every request on things I wanted ordered. wrong brand of tire, ignored my request for new grips with no explanation, and did not order the new pulley at all, they TOLD me that they did. they also said that they ordered a pulley from another company since they couldn't get a good one, from my company. I was literally dumbfounded, I had called both places and neither company had ever heard of Action cycles. Action cycles lied to my face, and it they didn't even have the respect to make up a good one, something that i couldn't verify with a simple phone call. to make matters worse it took almost a year for them to complete what work they did. I only have 250 words but believe there is much much more, quality of the work was terrible, at least 1/3 of what I requested to be done wasn't, and of course they kept every dime of that insurance check. even though I provided almost all of the parts (my insurance company was fine with this BTW, I checked beforehand). I should have gotten at least 2 grand back, but they didn't even give me a written invoice. And I got a ticket on the way home.. badly wired new tag holder blew a fuse, killed my lights. DON'T TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT
