I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!

Had been going to this guy for 15 years. In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.

These guys are top notch and are trustworthy. They always go above and beyond. With all the horror stories you hear about other mechanics, it is refreshing to have such honest and courteous mechanics right in our backyard. Brandon and his crew have been servicing my wife's car for the past year and a half and it's been an awesome experience. Do yourself and your car a favor and check them out. I was at this shop 3 times and paid expencive repair , at last repair for $1023 I paid, but wasn't happy that he lost my remote from the car and didn't want to refund $120 for Honda car Remote. After ugly dispute and arguments , he gave me new remote , which is not matching my car, he wasn't able to programm. Basically it is useless. He claimed that my car panel is not working , broken . But All worked before his service. I regret, That support his business 3 times. Bad Customer service ! Dianna Y.
