i was referred to this establishment by a close friend of mines and boy it was the worst experience ever. i came here to get a in dash unit installed into my husbands truck for his birthday. everything was good at least i thought about a month later the unit started flickering, the screen would get stuck, dvd's would get stuck. so i went back to ritchie road to get a replacemnt unit or have it checked out. i was shocked he was gone it was a guy out there i asked where is frank he said he up and left and went to baltimore. i called him at the number i was giving on my invoice he answered and told me yeah he moved and i was telling him the issues i was having but he didnt give me a address where i can bring the unit to get checked out which was odd to me. he just told me to call back i called back everyday for a week it just went straight to voicemail. so i decided to google his business and came across this site. my husband will be paying him a visit. i paid alot of money and i dont like to be ran from

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. I have had Prestige Auto fix several things on my 2007 VW Rabbit. It has been a great experience. I was having trouble with my brakes which were suddenly not working or not braking all of the time. During the winter and ice, it was difficult to know at first if I hit ice or it was the brakes. Hasi did a test drive with me, and he could sense the problem. The brakes were fixed. Then,after an oil change, he noticed the fan on my car was running really loudly. (Yes, I had heard it, but didn't realize it was a problem.) I brought the car back and he put in a new fan. I feel like this is the first time I have had a mechanic I can trust -- and who also knows cars and really wants to make sure everything is working well. I am very happy with the service and also to keep my car up to par. I know I'm driving a safe car and that makes me happy! TAllen

Bethesda Sunoco and the whole team, Ian, Don, Mike, Dominic are terrific. My friend had a car that did not pass emissions inspection. She took her car there and Dominic looked at the car and told her exactly what was wrong and what it would cost. She offered to pay him and he declined. I can see why they have such a high Washington Checkbook rating! Hard to find honest mechanics!
