i was referred to this establishment by a close friend of mines and boy it was the worst experience ever. i came here to get a in dash unit installed into my husbands truck for his birthday. everything was good at least i thought about a month later the unit started flickering, the screen would get stuck, dvd's would get stuck. so i went back to ritchie road to get a replacemnt unit or have it checked out. i was shocked he was gone it was a guy out there i asked where is frank he said he up and left and went to baltimore. i called him at the number i was giving on my invoice he answered and told me yeah he moved and i was telling him the issues i was having but he didnt give me a address where i can bring the unit to get checked out which was odd to me. he just told me to call back i called back everyday for a week it just went straight to voicemail. so i decided to google his business and came across this site. my husband will be paying him a visit. i paid alot of money and i dont like to be ran from

This place was impressive! Clean shop, free coffee, wood floors!! They only charged me $899.45 for the rear main seal on my 2003 Lexus Rx300. The dealer had quoted me $1750! The owner, Jeff told me that he had been working for Lexus for 13 years, he even took care of my idle problem when he did the seal. I mentioned it to him and he knew exactly what it was. Love this place!! will be back

When we lived in the Beltsville area Lloyd's Automotive was the only place for years we trusted for our vehicles. The owner of Lloyd's is fair and honest. You get a good automotive service and reasonable prices, NO NON-Sense like from NTB, Merchant Tires or at Dealerships. Honest repair shop folks in this entire area...........NO RIP OFFS... been going there now over 6 years. they only fix what is needed versus what they LIKE to fix... They get our all vehicles fixed without any upselling pressures. very pleased.

We have been using this company for years to service our trucks. The service has completely died. The owners are too old and too slow, they cannot produce estimates for weeks on end. They do not produce bills upon request, and during the wait time, they charge you storage fees upon work that isn't completed. Mark is a complete jerk, he treats customers as if they are dogs. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. i for one will never return, and my fleet of 8 trucks will be serviced elsewhere.
