I purchased a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria on November 20, 2014. The vehicle had a few minor issues in a very short time after purchasing regardless of claims of being a good running and driving vehicle that was ready to go as well as being Maryland State inspected on October 27, 2014. The gas tank release button wouldn't work, no biggie, the drivers side door control panel was loose and popped up every time when driving it, ok. Next I realized that the horn wouldn't work (A safety inspection issue), and the windshield wipers weren't working properly (Also a safety inspection issue). Things got worse when I made the long commute home and the car started to make a shaking motion and start to lose horsepower as I'm getting off of the highway. Things got even worse the more that I drove it. I managed to make it to a mechanics shop and they diagnosed it with multiple engine error codes that they stated the dealership was probably aware of before selling but failed to disclose it along with a bunch of other major issues such as bad spark plugs, bad ignition coils, oil leaking into the spark plugs due to a possible cracked manifold. The fluids were far past the point where they were supposed to be changed. The seller stated that he was aware that the fluids. Some of these issues rendered the vehicle undrivable. I was told by the mechanic which works at an honest and reputable shop that I should take it back to where I bought it and get my money back ASAP because the amount of work that needs to be put in would far exceed that of the value of the car. I understand things happen but all of these issues certainly should not happen within the first few of hours of purchasing from a dealer that claimed to have had it Maryland inspected. To make matters worse, when I called the Manager, he stated that he had no intention of fixing the more serious repairs that actually affected the drivability of the vehicle. The manager was beyond rude and had 0 customer service skills and lacked a great deal of professionalism. The owner stated the same. To add insult to injury, I realized after the fact that they charged me at least 300.00 over the suggested kbb retail value. Stay far far away from this dealership at all cost unless you don't mind the headache of being sold a lemon. What a nightmare!

I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.

This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?

My 2001 Honda Accord needed a lot of work done. Went to the dealer and received an astronomical estimate of over @2000 for everything. My neighbor highly recommended sharing the estimate with Moshe first and so glad I did. He was able to do all the work for $1100. He is honest and professional. The work was done over two days and I couldn't be more pleased. Great independent shop!

Don’t go there for inspection! Jimmy the manager plays stupid to upcharge the quotes. (Claims the paperwork has changed) A 30 min appointment easily turns in 1.5 hours. Jimmy schedules customers for re-inspection when he knows they don’t work. Horrible and dishonest place. Would NOT recommend. (I should have listened to the other reviews. Beware)

After taking my 2003 Landrover to 2 other Land rover dealerships and still not receiving an accurate diagnosis of the problem, Euro Motors was able to accurately diagnose the specific problem with my vehicle in a short amount of time. I will definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Jun is amazing! I have had owned three Volvo's and all of them have been serviced and maintained by Jun from the Maintenance Shop. His works are immaculate and prompt. You will not regret having your car services here!

I went here to have an alignment done. Two of my friends had this service done here on their more advanced cars with coil overs and they have been riding well. The service was performed in a timely manner while I waited and the results are great. The techs here seem to have a lot of experience with aftermarket suspensions and are able to tune the suspension for track or street use. My only complaint was that I arrived on time but they already had another car on the lift which caused a delay. Everyone was friendly and they allowed me to take a look under my car while it was there.

These guys are top notch and are trustworthy. They always go above and beyond. With all the horror stories you hear about other mechanics, it is refreshing to have such honest and courteous mechanics right in our backyard. Brandon and his crew have been servicing my wife's car for the past year and a half and it's been an awesome experience. Do yourself and your car a favor and check them out. Terrible. Took my 99 Isuzu there because the exhaust system had loosened up and needed welding. Got talked into replacing the transmission pressure sensor as well to get rid of the error code. After work was done, the car would idle high and it started shifting hard, also the TPS error was still coming up. I took it back and asked them to fix it. A disgruntled mechanic told me he looked at it and couldn't do anything because the problem was electrical. Took the car to a friends relative who's a trustworthy mechanic. He informed me that they had installed the wrong TPS, which didn't align properly, and they had wired it wrong. It would go to about a 30% throttle at start up, then the voltage would actually decrease as you applied the gas pedal (it's supposed to gradually increase). Now it's been about 2 months, the exhaust weld has completely come undone and my car is loud again. The work they do here is horrible and I have no doubt they cut whatever corners they can.
