Tire repair service near Perryville, MD

I went here to have an alignment done. Two of my friends had this service done here on their more advanced cars with coil overs and they have been riding well. The service was performed in a timely manner while I waited and the results are great. The techs here seem to have a lot of experience with aftermarket suspensions and are able to tune the suspension for track or street use. My only complaint was that I arrived on time but they already had another car on the lift which caused a delay. Everyone was friendly and they allowed me to take a look under my car while it was there.

My mom used Days, and being in her mid 70's the fact that she felt like she was treated right was pretty darn important to me. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn't have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer. Then time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote. I would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it's not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers.

I was driving from Washington DC to Long Island NY on 10/20/2012 when I had a tire problem (slow deflation) on I-95. I made it to the Joppa exit ramp and put air in the tire at a quick mart/gas station. Not wanting to press on to a travel plaza for a tire repair I went to the nearby Day’s Joppa Auto Repair. They were able to help me immediately. When they pulled the bad front tire we found an unusual wear pattern that had worn one side down to the inner cord. Continued driving could have caused the tire to go flat again and possibly come apart. The other front tire was in a similar but less severe condition. I purchased a new set of front tires and an alignment to help with the wear pattern. They were able to get me back on the road in about an hour. As it was more than a simple flat tire, stopping there allowed me to get the problem fixed and continue my road trip. I found that Lissa, the general manager, and mechanics to be courteous, helpful and businesslike. The pricing and the services provided were right on the mark. I was pleased with the outcome and would use them again if I lived in the area.

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else and when someone needs a mechanic this is where I will send them. Thanks Bill & Kimmy, you guys are brilliant!

Sam at first was extremely kind. I later realized that was only to reel me in. There was still issues with my truck after they fixed it . I called Sam he made me wait a solid week until he looked at it again , hE said they found nothing wrong with it. I called him again 3 days later still complaining there’s something wrong with my truck. He made me wait another week to look at it, charged me again. To say they found nothing wrong it after They drove it four times. 1.5 weeks later I called Sam from the Highway, basically broke down. I was only able to literally drive under 5 mph. I told him my truck was smoking and was making the same noise I’ve been complaining about. I explained to him the smell that was coming from my truck along with where the smoke was coming from. How amazing Sam knew exactly what the problem was, yet he’s been telling me for weeks nothing was wrong with my truck. The problem was my brake was stuck and hanging down, the truck got so hot it melted my calibers etc Sam was charging me over $1300 to fix it. I asked him if he could take some money off beings though I had my truck in there two more times AFTER they fixed it complaining about the way it was driving and the noise it was making. He refused!! Don’t trust them! Their crooks!!! I called another mechanic shop. Explained what needed to be fixed according to Kirkwood auto. My truck was towed from there and towed to Sevy’s auto who fixed it for under $800.00 Don’t trust Kirkwood auto they are crooks. I asked for the old parts they fixed and they said they couldn’t find them. Yea sure. Like I believed that
