Retail tire service near Potomac, MD

I bought a used fan motor for BMW about 7 weeks ago,I paid $150,this company sent me to fans that neither of then worked;now this company don't want to returned my money back ,they want to give credid i don 't need any more and Ivan de guy in charge of de busyness toll me that he did not care if I complaint with the better busyness bureau

The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

Great service. Cheap prices. Fast service. I went to 2 places and they both told me I needed new tires, 2 new rims, brake pads and rotors (i dont know how to spell that). The guy at bingo tires told me I just needed 2 tires and to rotate my tires and fix the alignment. Saved a couple hundred dollars and my car runs great. I recommend it to anyone.

Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)

THANK GOODNESS I BROUGHT MY CAR IN WHEN I DID! THE MECHANIC TOLD ME MY DRIVER SIDE AXLE WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF! I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS MY BRAKES! THANK YOU MID ATLANTIC SERVICE CENTER!

Breaking parts for more business. Yep! They punctured a hole in my daughter's brake line so they could charge an additional $350 after charging $550 for replacing a serpentine belt and tensioner arm. Wish I could choose a negative star. We purchased tire trucks from the Fort Leavenworth location and have lifetime service. Having a bit of engine service seemed convenient, but every time we have not been happy with the quality. Can't get much worse than mechanics actually breaking parts.

You get a good automotive service and reasonable prices, NO NON-Sense like from NTB, Merchant Tires or at Dealerships. Honest repair shop folks in this entire area...........NO RIP OFFS... been going there now over 6 years. they only fix what is needed versus what they LIKE to fix... They get our all vehicles fixed without any upselling pressures. very pleased.

Go here expecting to get a simple job done, and next they you know they hit you with the " Oh there are Unicorns jumping around in your engine.. you should get that fixed today" I waited for almost 7 hours to get this "work" I went there for a "FREE" tire rotation next thing you know i'm out $500 because of "necessary" repairs. Oh yeah and if you want to know how long it will take.. just wait someone will tell you... WHEN you get up and ask them yourself. Very unprofessional and rude. I'd rather push my car home, then ever go there again!

Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!

Went in with a grinding sound. Left extremely happy they were almost 200 dollars less than the dealer and I don't have as much brake dust on the rims as I used to get with the original pads. The manager was friendly and really made me feel very comfortable about making a decision. No pressure and all in all they did an excellent job. Returning next week to have my timing belt replaced. They literally were 500 dollars less than the dealer and offered me a free nationwide warranty. Really can't ask for more from a company. The techs are well trained and very professional. Highly recommend
