I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. Just discovered Foltz and wish I had earlier! I took my car in for brakes and a grinding noise that sounded expensive. Turned out the noise was related to the front brakes so there was no extra work that needed to be done. Foltz was cheaper than Jones where I got my car. My husband went there 2 days later and had his tires rotated, also cheaper than Jones. I will drop my car next time instead of waiting- it took almost 3 hours to get the new front brakes done.
