Very Poor customer service I went there with a price on Michelin Defender and they put og Goodyear Integrity My fault I suppose didn t check afterwards Didn t I should have to. So now they did nothing to help me me bounce me around for a week I used to most of my business at this store No MORE and any one that I know I will tell them the same thing DON T trust these guys

1.0 star rating 7/10/2019 I dropped my 1982 VW off at Hartloves in August 23,2017 to have John get the engine running (as it was not running for 7years)if he could and get it roadworthy. After many months he and crew got the car running and contacted me so I went to MVA got tags ,insurance in February 2019. When coming to pick up vehicle the mechanic said he had it on the road doing 80 mph and ran like a top but ran the gas tank empty and the new fuel injection system and filters had to be cleaned and repaired/replaced. i went to the facility and inquired as to why they didn't replace fuel tank,oil filter before road testing and was told by John that NOW the engine is smoking. I chalked up after $1,000 into this that lets just rebuild the engine at my expense,replace gas tank and sending unit April 15,2019.As of now July 10,2019 have tried to contact John to no avail. My wife and I went to his office July 10,2019 where his secretary could not contact him or give us any information as to parts ordered,where the engine is rebuilt,time frame,looking at vehicle engine is out no new gas tank installed at this time, car sitting outside same place. You would think the first thing they tell their employees is to not steal from the customer. I guess not.

After taking my 2003 Landrover to 2 other Land rover dealerships and still not receiving an accurate diagnosis of the problem, Euro Motors was able to accurately diagnose the specific problem with my vehicle in a short amount of time. I will definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

My mom used Days, and being in her mid 70's the fact that she felt like she was treated right was pretty darn important to me. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn't have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer. Then time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote. I would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it's not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers.

I went here to have an alignment done. Two of my friends had this service done here on their more advanced cars with coil overs and they have been riding well. The service was performed in a timely manner while I waited and the results are great. The techs here seem to have a lot of experience with aftermarket suspensions and are able to tune the suspension for track or street use. My only complaint was that I arrived on time but they already had another car on the lift which caused a delay. Everyone was friendly and they allowed me to take a look under my car while it was there.
