Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and the mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. Import's prices are significantly less than the dealers and they have saved me a lot of dollars over the years. Honest repair shop folks in this entire area...........NO RIP OFFS... been going there now over 6 years. they only fix what is needed versus what they LIKE to fix... They get our all vehicles fixed without any upselling pressures. very pleased.

When we lived in the Beltsville area Lloyd's Automotive was the only place for years we trusted for our vehicles. The owner of Lloyd's is fair and honest. I have not found such a personal and trustworthy mechanic since we have moved out of the area. So if your looking for a good honest place to take your vehicles I highly recommend Lloyd's Automotive.

Ok for gas. Not a good place to get service or mechanical work done.

We have been using this company for years to service our trucks. The service has completely died. The owners are too old and too slow, they cannot produce estimates for weeks on end. They do not produce bills upon request, and during the wait time, they charge you storage fees upon work that isn't completed. Mark is a complete jerk, he treats customers as if they are dogs. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. i for one will never return, and my fleet of 8 trucks will be serviced elsewhere.
