Service stations service near Biddeford, ME

Took my Mercedes to have wiring harness to rear tail lamp repaired. Swedish Imports forgot to order/install gasket - allowing my trunk and electronics to become flooded upon the 1st exposure to bad rain. $2300 in repairs to Mercedes after the electronics short circuited and set the alarm horn blaring for hours, lights going on and off, etc. When confronted, the owner refused to acknowledge that his technician could make a mistake - even after he called Mercedes to confirm the gasket doesn't come with the tail light assembly. Worst customer service experience in years. Mike, the owner, is belligerent and thinks he and his staff are infallible. Although their website says Mercedes Service Center - only Mercedes Benz does Mercedes repairs.

This is the worst place to get a car wash. All the machines,in all 4 self wash bays are defective and when you ask for a refund the manager gives you a very hard time and is insulting. It takes forever for the soap to reach the nozzle and by the the time you get it-the timer is close to running out-the function selectors are all flimsy and you can't tell what you're on. Avoid this place and seek a wash somewhere else.

Its so good to have my truck back and just in time for snow even though I had fun for the week renting the little Hyundai sports car I did miss my truck now that the transmission has been replaced it's good as new , instead of it whining like it was it's finally got it's growl back anyone who has a Hemi they know what I mean lol, I have to give a big shout-out to AAMCO Transmission & Car Care in Portland ME. Adam and his team did an amazing job not only were they very detailed and took pride in what they do but the customer service was beyond satisfactory they definitely have gain a loyal customer whenever I need any big jobs done or in dealing with the warranty or insurance I'll be calling Adam from AAMCO....Thank you guys big time....

I broke down on the Maine turnpike on a Sunday afternoon just south of Wells. AAA towed me to Bob's Automotive In York. I left the car and keys and a brief note of my problem and said I would call the next day. When I called, owner Dave told me about my car problems and how he would like to proceed. He ran into more problems as he went along and I am sure he spent more time and energy on fixing my car than he told me about. The long and short of it is this - Dave is the most honorable business man I've met in recent years. He provides Honest, Quality service and repair at better than competitive prices. I went to a well known auto repair center to fix a broken air conditioner in my rather old car. They replaced the compressor for $900.00 but could not get it to work. I was stuck with a big bill and no AC. I went to Rochester Radiator, they looked at it, gave me an estimate and it works GREAT! Thank you guys, the thought of summer without AC was terrifying to me!
