Western star service near Windham, ME

The man Johnny is nothing but a liar and a thief. He rips his employees off by not paying them at all and rips his customers off by draining their tanks of deisel and breaks things so he can charge his customers more money. I would say if I could give less than one star he would get a -10. Do your-self a favor and stay clear of this guy

Twice in the last two months I've had to bring a car into their Service Dept on a somewhat emergency basis. One had to be towed in while my wife was visiting up there. IN BOTH cases their service dept was very friendly and helpful. They explained the problems and what it would take to fix it. The work was done on time and to budget - no surprises. I've been to many dealers and shops and I give these guys a full *****.
