I have been going to guys for all kinds auto repairs for at least six years, I have also referred so many of my friends and family to them. To my greatest surprise and shock, I just found out that they are frauds, cheats and liars and have deceived my family and friends that I have over the years sent to them. I sent a vehicle to them for repair this month, Sam, one of the owners called me back and said it was going to cost $2200.00 parts and labor. I was taken aback at that quote. I would have agreed, but something in me this time said NO!. I went back the next day and picked up my car from them and gave it to another mechanic that I hardly knew. They charged me $900.00 with the same parts and labor including two brand new tires. Please be careful with these guys, they fooled me for years. Always seek for a second opinion. Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. They are very rude at the shop and disrespectful on several occasions I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first few times of being treated poorly just to continue the poor treatment that I was receiving and look down upon because of a DUI conviction from 17 years ago they think they can treat their clients of Lifesaver like dirt and they feel as if we are stuck with them because until recently they were the only shop that was servicing their equipment they do have another location now in Troy and I recommend that you go to that location

This is a terrible facility. The quoted me an original price of $927 for labor on an R and I engine repair. They kept my car without doing the work and when I came to ask for my car to be release the owner threatened my by putting his finger in my face and called my an F***ing A**hole. I wanted to just get my vehicle completed by the estimated time he had given me. Things escalated and I called the police. They gave a new invoice for $2217. Took the issue up with the state and they were sanctioned. They were told to release my vehicle but the refuse so now we are going to court. They never finished the car or never planned to even if I paid the $2217. The owner said that he would enjoy make good money off my Porsche when he sales it. The state has denied any attempts at putting a mechanics lien on the vehicle and has told them to give it back.

I had my lifetime brakes replaced at a local "brake shop" and they squealed forever and shook the car when I touched them on the highway. When I was having my oil changed at All Tune and Lube I mentioned the problem and they took a look at them for me. Wow! Phil was super friendly and took me back to show them to me and informed me that I should of had my rotors replaced when they did the brake pads. He was very informative and explained how the braked worked and why they should have been replaced. They replaced my rotors and pads at a reasonable price and now my car brakes like new and with out any "squealing". I will never be fooled by low prices that are too good to be true again! Phil-you have a new customer for life!

I admit that I was a little skeptical at first about taking the route of a remanufactured motor over a new vehicle due to the poor service and broken promises that many service providers give today. However Larry you did right by us. Not only did we get 1 reman but we got 2 which saved us a lot of money as opposed to the route of brand new vehicles. They look good they run great and we're saving a lot of cash on insurance. Thanks again, Tony

I visited Jay Bazzi today for 4 tires on my trailblazer he gave me a deal of the life time! he changed 4 tires for my truck and the oil in less than a half hour!! i was so shocked in the service he provided he even took me back to the work area and showed me everything they replaced! amazing automotive center! will send everyone to you jay!!!!
