I been a customer here for 27yrs. They will always take care of you like family. They actually fix the issues that need fixing. And won’t tag on extra stuff to make money off you. Then will advise on things that will need some help in the future. A true business of integrity and caring.

I brought a car in for a fuel tank leak and did not specify a budget. Weeks go by and I finally call and get someone on the phone. They inform me the repair won't be pretty because it's an old michigan car and suggests a patch job. I would like the repair but if a patch gets me back on the road then cool. Nope. 2 months later I finally get someone on the phone who tells my they "aren't gonna be able" to fix my car. I flatbed it home and fine no attempt at either the repair or the patch job they suggested themselves. 0 stars. Fecken 0.

The service and work at Dykstra's is the best you can get. They always do a deep dive into the entire vehicle, checking all systems even with just an oil change. They help you to find the best and most cost effective way to attack issues and provide you with the best way to keep your vehicle performing at it's best. They truly are a full service garage, and always tries to make it the most affordable possible.

I've been coming to this dealership since a young age bc my father has bought cars & had his cars serviced at Prestige for years. When I needed a new car, I bought it from Prestige & they currently do all the service on my car. It is a family business, they pay attention to detail, and provide great customer service. If my car is being serviced, they will drive me to & from work that day while they fix my car. Bailey Park Auto Repair (across from Shell in Pennfield) has recently worked on 2 of our older model trucks. Last summer repair was made to one of my vehicles, and the very next day, the piece that they welded broke. I was very upset, but I ended up selling the vehicle and did not have time to bring it back into them. This fall a different vehicle was getting loud, and so I decided that I would give them another chance. Dumb move on my part. When putting my car on the lift, they damaged my vehicle. They mad a repair to the vehicles muffler. Well the noise and vibrations were better but still bad, and they continued to worsen each week. Not only was the muffler still loud and growing louder, but now it also started to leak. They refused to look at it. I took it to another shop who informed me that the welds done by Muffler Man were done improperly and leak. I was not surprised to say the least. I will never be back to this location and deeply regret ever darkening their door in the first place.

We have used Thomsons Auto Repair for all the work on our vehicles,our 2 trucks,monte carlo,1955 and 1958 Fords and motor home that we have.They have done any work that has been needed on any of them.We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and their communication with us while the work is being preformed.I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking to have repair work done on their autos.

Went in for a rear subframe and rear passenger side control arm replacement they ordered aftermarket parts instead of OEM that was quoted by my insurance (Progressive). They charged me an extra $118 for the aftermarket parts including my deductible of $500, totaling in $618. After a recieved my vehicle back 10 miles into my trip home I noticed a tear in the my leather seats in my 2017 Subaru Outback I took it back to them for employee negleglence I pointed the finger at them stating that it wasn't there before I brought it in and had a photo to prove. So you'd expect them to resolve it and take care of it free of charge. Right? Wrong. They went through their "insurance" I think and paid for a new seat skin plus the labor that they still ended up charging me $150 and in turn I'm at a loss for ever trusting this company with my vehicle in the first place. Side notes they proclaim that the tear only happened due to my "old car" and "cold weather" in my 2017 Subaru Outback. DONT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO RIP YOU OFF. Service began 1-2-2022. Service ended 2-11-22. Don't just say your sorry
