My experience here was awful. I really think I deserve my 70.00 exam back! They gave me two estimates, one for complete muffler replacement for over 1,600 one for over 500.00. I declined the work for second opinion. I’m so glad I did! Muffler Man in Clio inspected my car for free found one part needed, replaced it right then, and here’s the kicker, it cost me 230.00!

I have only had good experiences with these guys. I have been here several times, and while they aren't the lowest price I've found, they have always done a quality job. I've not been to another repair shop since I started going to them.

You sent an email for repairs on a Jeep 4x4, we have never have or had a Jeep vehicle You better check you records We have have had our vehicles repaired at your garage for YEARS and you send us repair notice for a vehicle we have never had owned EVER. No wonder we have not had any repair work done at your business recently. You will probably just brush this off but we are greatly disappointed. The Staffords

I know several people who have bought cars from kevin and they all highly recommended him. i knew the car i wanted but could not find it anywhere. i went a talked to kevin and told hime what i wanted and that i could not find any even online within 100 miles. well he went to work and found me exactly what i was looking for, exact color and everything and at a far better price then i could have imagined. Don't make the same mistake I did. Took my car for front end repair. Days after dropping it off I called to get the status. It was clear nobody had looked at the vehicle. Every time I called, stories were conflicting. I agreed to the most outrageous price , with the request not to use garbage chinese parts. They did just that. The parts charge of the bill was $800. Me pricing the same parts in the very best brands came to $350. The total bill for 2 control arm and a alignment that was never done was $1600 with the 10% discount right under the bible verse on my invoice. I didn't get a alignment printout, which is mandatory by law, because it was never done. I had to pay another shop to do that. People who hide behind christianity for financial gain, aren't christian at all. They are in fact, the exact opposite. My expectations are very much within reason, as several other mechanics agreed. I am not vindictive and I stand to gain nothing. My only purpose is to protect the next decent person who might fall victim.
