I still can't get over how smoothly my car is running! Thank you for the great service, hospitality, and explaining things in an understandable way. I usually dread taking my car into anywhere for service but I feel like I now have a trusted place to visit when needed. We have used this Muffler man in the past and came back because they were great to us back then. They were just as great today. I will continue to bring all my vehicles for service here and will recommend to all my friends and family. They are reasonable in prices and they do not try to upsell any un necessary

My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her car even though they were closed. Since they were closed, he didn't charge her a thing! I called up today to offer to pay for the service and they said it's what they do for their customers! Luckily Bill had been in the store working on a project that day. No one else in the area was open and she was stranded. If you are in the area and need car repair I suggest going to people who actually care!

I just had Michigan Motor Exchange put a remanufactured engine into my 1998 Bravada. So far everything is running great. No one including myself wants to spend money on an older SUV but it turns out that it was cheaper than buying a new or used car with higher miles. So, for a few thousand bucks, I have a SUV that my 16 year old can drive. Looks good and runs great. David was very helpful in the process and straight forward about the costs. He gave me a competitive quote for the engine and after evaluating what else the truck needed...It was my decision....no pressure. It made sense to invest a bit more to address other non-engine related issues. I had my truck back in just over a week. I was referred to Michigan Motor Exchange by another automotive shop. I am happy with my experience.

Well guys, you've done it again. I brought my truck in for a fuel pump and blower motor replacement. The work was done ahead of schedule and with the attention to detail you would expect from a much pricier shop. Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back to finish the work & purchase my tires too! I'd recommend Ode to everyone! Cindy H

Sad customer service, I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicles. Long story short the owner is a con artist, and his employees are trying to make money on the side. Beware!!!
