So far everything is running great. No one including myself wants to spend money on an older SUV but it turns out that it was cheaper than buying a new or used car with higher miles. So, for a few thousand bucks, I have a SUV that my 16 year old can drive. Looks good and runs great. David was very helpful in the process and straight forward about the costs. He gave me a competitive quote for the engine and after evaluating what else the truck needed...It was my decision....no pressure. It made sense to invest a bit more to address other non-engine related issues. I had my truck back in just over a week. I was referred to Michigan Motor Exchange by another automotive shop. I am happy with my experience.
My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her ... read more My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her car even though they were closed. Since they were closed, he didn't charge her a thing! I called up today to offer to pay for the service and they said it's what they do for their customers! Luckily Bill had been in the store working on a project that day. No one else in the area was open and she was stranded. If you are in the area and need car repair I suggest going to people who actually care!
