Chapman Automotive got me in sooner than most automotive shops in the greater Kalamazoo area, by 2 weeks! I was trying to beat the cold weather and get my entire driveline serviced, belts and seals looked over too. I was given an estimate that was much lower than other shops gave me, and I took the leap. I was overly impressed by the speed of getting my vehicle in, the cost of total repairs and the way the owner, John Chapman’s, demeanor was. He spoke with respect, familiarity and was kind. He stood back his work, something you don’t always see, with a long warranty on parts and national coverage warranties that I could use if I traveled and had car troubles. Definitely will return!

Son attends WMU and we live out of state and unfamiliar with honest mechanics in area. After reading previous reviews, we entrusted Lowders, and had car towed there. They were prompt, courteous, honest, and reasonable and fixed the problem. Highly recommend their services if you are looking for an honest mechanic to bring your auto to.
