I called and spoke with the owner and his son, neither were professional. I have a v-star and they used to be the dealer for 40 something years, however neither could tell me a price on a simple oil change. They both gave me different prices and one was not sure if the exhaust needed to be removed. I asked how long the bike would be in the shop and the response I was given was that everyone should have gotten their bikes in sooner so its gonna be a while. Like I said not professional. I set up an appointment and a few moments later came to my senses and called to cancel. When I cancelled they didn't even bother to ask why. I have no interest in bringing my bike or money to these clowns. They must have forgotten how important first impressions are.
