Before thinking about doing business with him call the Waterford Police Dept. and ask them how many times they have had to respond to his business in Waterford due to customer complaints.

One of the greatest things about him is he shares his knowledge and helps other technicians/mechanics in the area with their automotive challenges. To me, that says a lot about his character. Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing.
