I just had Michigan Motor Exchange put a remanufactured engine into my 1998 Bravada. So far everything is running great. No one including myself wants to spend money on an older SUV but it turns out that it was cheaper than buying a new or used car with higher miles. So, for a few thousand bucks, I have a SUV that my 16 year old can drive. Looks good and runs great. David was very helpful in the process and straight forward about the costs. He gave me a competitive quote for the engine and after evaluating what else the truck needed...It was my decision....no pressure. It made sense to invest a bit more to address other non-engine related issues. I had my truck back in just over a week. I was referred to Michigan Motor Exchange by another automotive shop. I am happy with my experience.

Took my car to GLA at the referral of a close friend because my brakes lost all power. I had known for about two months that I had a small leak in my front passenger side brake line, being the son of a former mechanic I had bought parts and planned on doing the work myself. However, weather and timing were not on my side. Took my car in and Matt and John took a look at it and found that my master cylinder had also went bad. They replaced the cylinder and found that I was right about the leak in the front passenger line, however Matt was pretty sure that the increased pressure from the new cylinder caused the leak. They replaced the line as well and now my car stops better than when I bought it. They did it at a reasonable price too, because I know that the same job at a dealership could have been $900-1000. I'll definitely be seeing them in the future.

Well guys, you've done it again. I brought my truck in for a fuel pump and blower motor replacement. The work was done ahead of schedule and with the attention to detail you would expect from a much pricier shop. Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing. I also think that I got to the bottom of a concern that I've had for a while. I visited Revive Auto Repair based on the 5 star reviews. I'll return based on my visit. The experience was fantastic. Nick is a calm, respectful, mechanic who is fair with his pricing and knows his Volkswagens.

We have been using King's for 10 years now and have always felt like family. My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldn't start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didn't charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
