If I have known that I would have scheduled things differently. Everything was very wet, not damp, wet! As I was driving home soap bubbles were foaming up under my foot.after speaking to the owner and going back to the car wash where all they did was use a regular vacuum which did nothing for all the soap left in the carpets. driving home the second time soap was foaming up around my feet again. I was told shampooing carpets in a car is different from carpet cleaners coming to your home and having citrus cleaner foaming up in the carpets was normal.with tips and Groupon this cost me one hundred and five dollars for 2 hours worth of work.I spoke with the owner who was confrontational and not helpful. he told me they could have been very busy and that could have been a factor I waited for the car there and in 2 hours only one car came through the automated car was, when I arrived at 10 a.m. both were in the office with feet up.

I just had Jim and his team replace the transmission lines on this same car. The work was done well and in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend them!! They have serviced this same car for 20 years and I couldn't be happier with their work!!

It finally cost me over $1,400.00...After taking my vehicle to Northwest Tuneup for repair...As I later learned from Jim, and I quote, "We can't do front end alignments here" and, as I later learned...after having my vehicle PROPERLY repaired...Northwest Tune-up...even, Put in the WRONG PARTS!!! After paying Northwest Tune-up...over $1,400.00...then having to take my vehicle elsewhere to have it properly repaired...I ended up having have to replace 2 NEW Tires on the front end, I was told by the new repair men...Northwest Tune-up even PUT in the WRONG parts and tie-rods!!! I was so upset...I went back there to show the Owner my REPAIR expenses...After Jim had "said he fixed my vechile" and all he could tell me was..."I guess I will have to talk to Jim"...that was the last I heard...they could have cared less...yet I am STILL out $1,400.00. I should have known better when Jim gave me a price of $300.00 for a new wheel and I told him...I was shopping around and I can get it for $200.00 from someplace else...and then Jim said, "Oh, I can sell it to you for that price too"... Save Money...Please shop elsewhere...
