I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

I have been taking my cars to Ultra Tech for many years from my 1939 ford, 1974 GTO to my newer cars. they treat my cars has if it was his own car he was working on. Absolutely awful service. We had to go back because they didn't fix it the first time and they said they would not fix the automatic roll down because they weren't sure if it did that originally. The staff was condescending and rude--I will never go back!

You business look good for the outside. But when you get inside and communication, what's your customers?. I think you are to take the people in and show him what they need. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis.
