Tony was very helpful with looking into a fix for a detached splash guard. I've been an Apitz customer for many years, and have always received prompt, courteous service.

I took my college students car to Lake Elmo repair for an oil change and a headlight being out. I told the tech that the headlamp was brand new (and retested in the other headlamp) and that the problem had to be in the wiring harness. The total charge was $165. It appears they simply replugged the light in. My student told me 2 days later the “oil change” alert was still on and that the headlight was out (again). I had him take the car back to Lake Elmo Repair and they told him he would need to bring it back with an appointment. I don’t think it is fair to expect us to have to come back according to their schedule when the problem was the poor workmanship of Lake Elmo Repair. I figured the convenience of this shop would be worth it - but it’s not. I’m going back to Myron’s

The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good. Absolutely wonderful service!! "Old school" treatment. Where honesty and integrity really matter! Had my tranny out and replaced in one day. All my vehicles will be serviced by these gentlemen from here on in. My hat off to Paul for his over the top concern. He answered all my questions with complete knowledge and no fluff. Even after numerous calls (which I felt, bugging him), he never let on that I was "wasting" his time. Also, I personally have never seen such a sparkling clean work area/shop. Quality, small, local service/repair shop. Fairchild's family business has been in this location for years. The shop and grounds are clean and well kept indicating a standard of respect for their business, the neighborhood and you, their customer. Not a location for heavy repair (tranny or engine rebuild.) They can and do address the everday needs of your vehicle. Call them and ask if your needs can be handled there. Good place to go. And after all they represent an American oil company, Sinclair, one of the most respected oil companies in the United States. Quality and respect have partnered well here.
