Great work

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good. David Brink, Owner, is truly a stand up guy. He gave a fair and thorough evaluation of all my cars needs, rated order of importance and told me all prices ahead of time. I highly recommend him and his business to all my friends. We need this kind of full service auto service in Hopkins.

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

You guys screwed my car all up. I will not be going back and I have another appointment with a different shop to fix what you did to it. I feel you caused this and your shop is costing me a lot of extra money for something that wasn't wrong but now it is. And right around Christmas is this how you real operate. I so regret going in to your establishment. And won't ever go back. I just hope it can be fixed right. I will be turning you in to the BBB and a lawyer. Screwing people over is not right. I have heard nothing but bad things from people about your place you call a business. You should be ashamed of yourself.
