I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

Job took 2 separate times after the first time they didn't fix properly. $3600 later here I sit. With a vehicle I am not sure is going to work. Also Chris is AWFUL to work with. Slow lies and is very rude. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

You guys screwed my car all up. I will not be going back and I have another appointment with a different shop to fix what you did to it. I feel you caused this and your shop is costing me a lot of extra money for something that wasn't wrong but now it is. And right around Christmas is this how you real operate. I so regret going in to your establishment. And won't ever go back. I just hope it can be fixed right. I will be turning you in to the BBB and a lawyer. Screwing people over is not right. I have heard nothing but bad things from people about your place you call a business. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicle there for years to get tires. Never had a problem. Recently when I bought 4 tires and wanted them installed, I was told that there was an issue in removing the rear two and replacing them. There was no problem with the front 2. I was told that the rear two were torqued too tight, and that was the reason why they couldn't be removed. All 4 tires were torqued to the same tightness. So my question is, how could the front 2 be removed, but not the rear? I took it somewhere else, and they had no problem with removing the rear tires. Obviously, the person who was working on it had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service. You should look closely at the people you have in your service department, and see what the problem is.

Tim built a custom dual exhaust for my BMW. It is by far one of the best systems that I have seen. Tim now does all my automotive service work.

I had royal tire in Monticello repair 2 trailer tire for my boat. Without the trailer ever moving one inch, both tires went flat. I took the tires back to Royal tire in Monticello and all they gave me where excuses why its not there problem. Very politely told me " that's the way it is". Royal tire offered zero assistance. I was told "you should have got new tires and rims". Really, couldn't have told me that before you took my money. Do not have any tire work done at Royal tire, they will gladly take your money but will not stand behind their work.

Am always happy with their service.
