Prop my truck in because I was getting a blue screen when my back up camera was supposed to be on. I’ve had this problem in the past and a shop went in and just made sure the connection was tight or re-secured it. paid $200 for a technician to check it out and his verdict was I needed to replace the entire system. Two days later my back up camera came on again. Needless to say they were no help in solving the problem just wanted $1000 to replace the whole system when a minor fix would have been sufficient. Will likely not be returning for service or recommending anyone come here ever.

I also said I had a high pitch noise from increasing my fan. I voiced my concern over a dirty cabin filter. It was not checked until after the 6 point fan motor inspection. $129 later, it was the cabin air filter which will be $80. On a side note, I agreed to a price that was updated on the link without the verbal confirmation. It was not a PDF, so I trusted the mid day quote. I paid for the service, but I am disappointed in the service. I will make an appointment at another location this week to check the engine light. I won’t be bringing back my vehicles to Matt’s.
