Can't say enough good things about Fury especially Jason at service dept. My '03 Indian Chief need a lot of work with some parts coming from me. Well with my luck those parts didn't fit so I knew that would cost me labor hours which was fine since it was my fault. In the end of Jason took really good care of me, doing his best to keep the cost down for my bike- the bill could have been double seeing how much work it took. And as a bonus, he spotted a malfunction in the brakes that he fixed for free for being a loyal customer. To Jason and his crew- a big thank you. You are one of the most reputable bike shops in the TC by far. The next time I need any work done, I'm going to you.

20 minute job quoted, took over 1 hour. And on top of it, they not only did a poor job by not completely fill the chip. They also put a 1" scratch in my windshield when removing their equipment after the repair. No apology, nothing. It was bad enought getting a chip in the windshield of my brand-new car, it was made worse by Indianhead Glass in Hudson. Extremely unprofessional. The tech working on my car was dirty and greasy, acted like I was bothering him by bringing my car in to a prearranged appointment, and left his handprints all over my new car interior. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
