Never actually fixed the issues I was experiencing. It seemed as if they recommended something for an issue they really didn't know how to fix, didn't care to research, OR an approach of new brakes just cause it's easy money for them. Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment for an oil change. The vehicle still wasn't done by the "when needed time." The vehicle was complete right at closing time. The explanation was a bunch of excuses until a different service write came over and explained exactly what happened. Normally wouldn't be an issue for me but I needed my vehicle by a certain time that day. I've been going here for 13+ years so was slightly disappointed by the lack of explanation and inconvenience.

My muffler was noisy and needed to be replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and within the estimate, however, the exhaust noise is still noisy. Don’t know if it’s the replacement muffler or where the muffler is clamped to the existing tailpipe, but either way, it’s not good.

they replaced my break pads, and a couple weeks later they began squeaking when I was breaking. I brought it back in, but they didn’t hear the squeak or take the time to figure out what was going on. They dismissed my concern, saying maybe my breaks were dirty, wet, too hot…. and sent me home. I took my car to Brooklyn Park TGK and they took the time to figure out why my breaks were squeaking - Maple Grove put in the wrong kind of breaks. Maple Grove TGK is going to replace my breaks for the correct kind, but I don’t trust them to do it right. They have been rude and dismissive to me, and didn’t fix my car like they should have. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
