Mufflers repair service near Waseca, MN

My car was somewhat diagnosed ..only...no repairs were made.. I felt I was overcharged for that service which was not accurate, total charge $184.40

I came in for a “free” oil change which was scheduled ahead of time. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes, was sold a ridiculous price for some filters. When car was ready, I got in to find my car sounding loud like a motorcycle. Quickly turned around to be told there was a broken box causing the noise (news delivered to me in a “it’s your issue” rude demeanor. However, when I drove it there and forever prior, no loud motorcycle noise. Conveniently, the last time I had my explorer there I drove in without any issues and left with a tire sensor fault that ironically came on at that given moment. Ironic? Or drumming up business?! Very unhappy and definitely broken trust!

I've brought all my vehicles to Darrick for the past 20+ years because he's squeezed me in when I had emergencies, picked up my broken one ton with his flatbed hauling it to his shop, professionally installed all the 2nd Market stuff I buy, made the customizations I request, suggested performance enhancements, and always presented me with a bill that doesn't shock me.
